Location: SIMS, SSIPS Studio
We will gather in the studio to talk about framing our prints for exhibitions. This can be a barrier to people showing their work and this is a perfect day to learn about some lower cost approaches to showing our works to their best advantage. We’ll look at using pre-cut frames and mats, and how to ready a print for hanging. And then the fun will begin. Bring an old frame that you’d like to experiment with by painting, coating, and/or collaging it, glueing stuff on it, etc etc.
Bring your ideas and sense of play!
